Concierge Guides

Going on tour with us we'll plan to have little details to make travel smoother: curated backup supplies, get some pastries from out of the way locations while you tour a site with a local guide.

Going solo with our itineraries we'll give you detailed lists for getting ready, as well as determine your favorite things to help setup the right itinerary for you.

Our Services

We are planning and evolving the service we offer. Right now we are planning a Spring 2025 trip to NYC and determining what the communities we are looking to serve need.

Find a fun experience and weave that into your foodie adventures. Maybe a soccer match, a key museum, let us know.

Backstory

We went to Italy in March 2024, Venice and Rome were amazing and inspired us to take our personal joy of planning trips, enjoying great food, and breathing in the local not the big crowds. This means traveling in shoulder seasons to popular locations when possible.

Guiding Principles:

  1. #1 Rule - Always have fun. A family rule since Tim's childhood.
  2. #2 Rule - Don't eat anything bigger than your head - OK another family joke/rule - but when traveling pacing yourself is important.
  3. Thorough - plans with backups. Especially in Europe there may be interruptions or undisclosed.
  4. Active - not a hard and fast rule but the places we go, we like to do a lot. We'll tune the itineraries depending on needs but these locations require walking, tend to have a lot of stairs. We'll talk a lot about our families concept of CityFit
